Inclusive Leadership Lab:

Intentional Power

For leaders who understand that thriving cultures are a competitive advantage for their colleagues, their company, and themselves.

We want everyone to take their rightful place in leadership.

We’ve spent years forcing people to adapt in order to ‘make it in a man’s world’, but the world has changed and so has the workplace.

With the rise of #MeToo, the influence of Millennials, technology that drives a new kind of transparency, and the freedom to work from anywhere at any time, it is becoming increasingly clear that what used to work at work no longer does. Succeeding in the new world of work requires a new type of leader.

One who not only understands that diversity, equity and inclusion are critical to their company’s success, but one who understands that culture is the competitive advantage.

Today’s inclusive leaders need the tools, insights, and skills to co-create highly inclusive, highly productive cultures that drive better business outcomes.

Impacts on past participants:

“This program has been exceptional! I am learning so much about building inclusive teams. The passion the men in this group have for building inclusive work environments is contagious—I can’t speak highly enough of the experience.”

“I can’t say enough about this transformational experience…After the first sessions, I told myself: “what a privilege to be part of this Lab”. However, after today’s final session, I can confirm the “privilege” feels more like a new responsibility to act on what I’ve learned during the Leadership Lab for Men.”

“Thanks to this lab, I have the confidence and belief I can take things on. I am going to be thinking much broader about equity at my company—not just the department I work in, but the company overall and how I can be a facilitator of change more globally.”
